Shipping Coverage

We proudly deliver across all governorates in Egypt, partnering with trusted courier services to ensure your order arrives securely and in perfect condition.

Order Preparation

  • Orders are carefully prepared within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Our team may contact you to verify details when needed, ensuring a smooth delivery experience.

Business days exclude Fridays and official holidays.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, your order is expected to arrive within:

  • Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
  • Other Governorates: 2–5 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control — but your order remains our priority every step of the way.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.
  • From time to time, SINEEN may offer complimentary or discounted shipping as part of exclusive campaigns.

Upon Delivery

To ensure the integrity of your SINEEN experience, we kindly ask you to:

  • Inspect the package upon arrival
  • Ensure the product and packaging are in perfect condition
  • In case of visible damage or leakage, please take a clear photo before opening and contact us immediately

Delivery Attempts & Re-Shipping

If the shipment cannot be delivered due to unavailability or lack of response:

  • The order may be returned to our facility
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided (when available), allowing you to follow its journey from Sinai to your doorstep.

نحرص على أن تصل منتجاتنا إليك بنفس العناية التي خرجت بها من مصدرها.

مناطق الشحن

نقوم بالشحن إلى جميع محافظات جمهورية مصر العربية من خلال شركات شحن موثوقة، لضمان وصول طلبك بأمان وفي أفضل حالة.

تجهيز الطلب

  • يتم تجهيز الطلب بعناية خلال 1–2 يوم عمل من تأكيده
  • قد يتم التواصل معك لتأكيد البيانات لضمان تجربة توصيل سلسة

أيام العمل لا تشمل الجمعة أو الإجازات الرسمية

مدة التوصيل

بعد شحن الطلب، تصل الشحنة خلال:

  • القاهرة والجيزة: من 1 إلى 3 أيام عمل
  • باقي المحافظات: من 2 إلى 5 أيام عمل

قد تزيد المدة في فترات الضغط أو الظروف الخارجة عن إرادتنا، ولكن يظل طلبك محل اهتمامنا الكامل.

رسوم الشحن

  • يتم احتساب رسوم الشحن عند إتمام الطلب حسب المحافظة ووزن الطلب
  • قد نوفر عروض شحن مجاني أو مخفض خلال فترات وعروض خاصة

عند الاستلام

لضمان تجربة سينين الكاملة، نرجو:

  • التأكد من سلامة العبوة والمنتج عند الاستلام
  • في حال وجود كسر أو تسريب، يُرجى تصوير الحالة قبل فتح العبوة
  • التواصل معنا فورًا في حالة وجود أي مشكلة

تعذر التوصيل

في حال عدم استلام الشحنة أو عدم الرد على شركة الشحن:

  • قد يتم إرجاع الطلب إلى المخزن
  • قد يتم تطبيق رسوم شحن إضافية لإعادة الإرسال

تتبع الشحنة

بعد شحن الطلب، سيتم تزويدك برقم تتبع (إن توفر) لتتمكن من متابعة رحلته من سيناء حتى باب منزلك.
